Terms and Conditions for Hourly IT Support Blocks:
- Validity: All purchased Hourly IT Support Blocks are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused hours after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.
- Usage: Hours can be used for any IT support services provided by Dantech, including but not limited to troubleshooting, maintenance, project implementation, and consulting services.
- Minimum Service Duration:
- On-Site Visits: A minimum of one (1) hour per visit will be deducted from the purchased block.
- Remote Services: A minimum of thirty (30) minutes per session will be deducted from the purchased block.
- Scheduling: Services are subject to availability and may require scheduling in advance. We recommend contacting Dantech as early as possible to book your desired service times.
- Non-Refundable: Once purchased, Hourly IT Support Blocks are non-refundable. However, hours can be transferred to different services within the validity period.
- Billing: Services utilized beyond the purchased hours will be billed at Dantech’s standard hourly rate. Clients will be notified before exceeding their block to provide the option to purchase additional hours at a discounted rate or proceed at the standard rate.
- Service Scope: Certain complex projects or services may require a consultation to determine the estimated hours needed. Dantech reserves the right to advise on the most appropriate block for these instances.
- Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of any booked service. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the deduction of the corresponding hours from the client’s block.
- Transferability: Hourly IT Support Blocks are assignable to other departments within the purchasing organization but are not transferable to other entities without prior written consent from Dantech.
- Modification of Terms: Dantech reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to current block holders in advance.
- Acceptance of Terms: Purchase and use of Hourly IT Support Blocks constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
