- Booking and Availability: Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- Service Scope: The offer includes standard IT support and consultation services. It does not cover the cost of any hardware, software, or third-party services required to complete the service.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
- Geographical Limitations: This offer is valid only within 20 miles of our office location. Services required outside of this area may incur additional travel charges.
- Limitation of Liability: Dantech is not responsible for any data loss or damage occurring as a result of the service. We recommend that all critical data be backed up by the customer prior to any IT service.
